These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Yaalix, a brand operated by Shri Skandha Kugan Enterprises. By browsing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them together with our FAQ, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.
1. About Us
Shri Skandha Kugan Enterprises, operating under the brand name Yaalix ("we", "us", "our", or "Yaalix"), is an India-based 3D printing business offering personalised and non-personalised 3D printed products online.

2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using this website with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You also confirm that all information provided by you during the ordering process is accurate, complete and up to date.
3. Products, Materials and 3D Printing Variations
Our products are printed in PLA, unless another material is expressly stated on the relevant product page.
3D printing is a layer-by-layer manufacturing process. Minor variations, faint layer lines, small patches, slight surface imperfections and minor differences in texture or colour are normal characteristics of 3D printed products and are not considered defects.
We deliberately keep post-processing minimal, as heavy sanding and finishing can dull or alter the colour and appearance of the print. Our priority is to achieve the highest practical print quality while retaining true colour, sharp detail and the characteristics of the 3D printing process.
Product photographs are for representation purposes only. Colours may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings. Product dimensions are as specified on the applicable product page.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products are decorative or functional items. They are not food-safe, waterproof or intended as toys for young children.
Please keep products away from prolonged direct sunlight, high heat, hot water and open flames.
4. Personalised Orders
Personalised products are manufactured according to the text, spelling, dates, images, artwork and other instructions submitted by you.
You are responsible for carefully checking all personalisation details before placing your order. Errors or omissions in information supplied by you are not eligible for a full refund or a free replacement, though the 7-day return window in our Return and Refund Policy still applies.
You confirm that any name, text, logo, artwork, photograph or image submitted by you does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights of any third party.
You agree to indemnify and hold Shri Skandha Kugan Enterprises / Yaalix harmless from claims arising from content submitted by you for personalisation.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any personalisation request that we reasonably believe to be unlawful, offensive, obscene, defamatory, hateful, infringing or otherwise inappropriate. If we cancel such an order after payment, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded in full.
Personalised and made-to-order products move into production quickly and cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices, offers, discounts, product specifications and product availability at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be received in full through the payment methods available at checkout before an order enters production.
In the event of an obvious pricing, promotional or product listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund of the amount paid for that order.
6. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected product(s).
An order is considered accepted only when we confirm acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where:
- the product is unavailable;
- the requested personalisation is unacceptable;
- the delivery location is not serviceable;
- there is an apparent pricing or listing error;
- the order contains inaccurate or incomplete information; or
- the order appears fraudulent or suspicious.
If we decline or cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded in full.
7. Production, Shipping and Delivery
Personalised orders are generally produced within 3 to 5 working days.
Non-personalised orders are generally produced within 2 to 5 working days.
These production timelines are estimates and do not include shipping/transit time.
Delivery timelines depend on the courier partner, destination, serviceability and circumstances beyond our control. Accordingly, delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Free shipping applies to orders above ₹499, unless otherwise specified during a particular promotion or offer.
We currently deliver across India, subject to courier serviceability.

8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
You may raise a return within 7 days of delivery. We arrange and pay for the return pickup.
A full refund is available where:
- an incorrect product was supplied by us;
- incorrect personalised text was produced by us despite the correct details being submitted by you;
- the item arrived damaged or broken; or
- you change your mind about a non-personalised item, provided it is returned unused and in its original packaging.
Personalised and made-to-order products are manufactured specifically according to your requirements and may not be resold to another customer. If you change your mind about a personalised item, you may still return it unused within 7 days for a refund of 50% of the item price, with return shipping paid by us.
For damaged or broken parcels, we strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video from the sealed package before opening and inspecting the product. Where a video is not available, clear photographs of the item and its packaging are accepted.
Where the parcel appears visibly damaged or the seal appears broken or tampered with, please do not accept the parcel where possible and immediately contact us.

9. Intellectual Property
All designs, 3D models, product concepts, photographs, images, graphics, text, logos, branding and other content available on this website are owned by, created by, or licensed to Shri Skandha Kugan Enterprises / Yaalix, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, commercially exploit, resell, 3D scan, reverse engineer or use our designs or 3D models to create derivative products without our prior written permission.
Purchasing a physical product from Yaalix does not transfer ownership of the underlying design, 3D model, artwork, intellectual property or other intellectual property rights.
Unless expressly authorised in writing, purchasing a product also does not grant commercial manufacturing, reproduction or resale rights for the underlying design.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- attempt unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
- interfere with the operation, security or functionality of the website;
- introduce malicious software or harmful code;
- misuse website content;
- use the website for fraudulent purposes; or
- engage in any activity that may damage, disrupt or compromise the website or our services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Shri Skandha Kugan Enterprises / Yaalix arising from or relating to a particular product or order will be limited to the amount actually paid by you for that order.
We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of a product, except where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
We are also not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, improper care, modification, exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions, or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not intended.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
12. Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, extreme weather, courier disruptions, strikes, power failures, internet or technology failures, government restrictions, regulatory changes, public emergencies and other events beyond our reasonable control.
13. Privacy
Your personal information is collected, processed and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our website and placing an order, you acknowledge that your information may be processed for purposes including order processing, payment processing, production, shipping, customer support, communication and other legitimate business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The version published on this website at the time you place an order will generally apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically for any updates.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to any mandatory consumer protection or other applicable laws, disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your purchase from Yaalix shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
