Shipping policy

We ship across India. Every Yaalix product is 3D printed to order, so please read the processing time below along with the delivery estimate.

Processing (production) time

  • Personalised orders: 3 to 5 working days.
  • Non-personalised orders: 2 to 5 working days.

Processing time is counted from the day your order and personalisation details are confirmed. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery time

Shipping time is in addition to the processing time and depends on our courier partner and your delivery location. Orders are dispatched through our shipping partners, Delhivery and Shiprocket. As a general guide, most locations receive the parcel within 2 to 7 days of dispatch, while remote pin codes may take longer. The exact transit time is determined by the courier.

Shipping charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
  • Orders of ₹499 and below are charged a flat shipping fee, shown at checkout before payment.

Shipping coverage

We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. We do not ship internationally at present.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you the courier name and tracking number. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Delivery address

Please ensure your address, pin code and phone number are complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If a parcel is returned to us for this reason, re-shipping charges will apply.

Delays

Deliveries may occasionally be delayed by weather, strikes, festive volumes, regional restrictions or other events beyond our control. We will keep you informed whenever the courier notifies us of a delay.

Receiving your order

Please do not accept a parcel if the seal is broken or the packaging appears tampered with, and please record an unboxing video, as it helps us approve any damage claim much faster. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.
