What products do you sell?
We design and 3D print personalised and ready-to-ship products: name boards and name plates, keychains, gift items, desk and home decor, occasion and festive gifts, and small functional accessories. New designs are added regularly.
What material do you use?
Our products are printed in PLA (polylactic acid), a plant-based, low-odour filament that holds fine detail and colour very well. PLA is best suited to indoor use. Please keep your items away from prolonged direct sunlight, hot water and closed vehicles, as high heat can soften or deform PLA.
How long will my order take?
Production takes up to 5 working days, and shipping time is added on top of that. Personalised items are usually made and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days, and non-personalised items within 2 to 5 working days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on our shipping partner and your location. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on all orders above ₹499, and we deliver across India.
Will my product look exactly like the photos?
Very close, but please read this carefully. 3D printing builds each item layer by layer, so minor variations are normal: you may notice faint layer lines, small patches or slight differences in texture, and colours can appear a little different on screen. We intentionally keep post-processing minimal, because heavy sanding and finishing dulls and alters the colour of the print. Our commitment is to the highest quality we can deliver while keeping colour true and detail sharp, so these small marks are a characteristic of 3D printed products and are not treated as defects.
Can I order a custom design?
Yes. For custom designs, bulk or corporate orders, or anything not listed on the store, please email us separately at support@yaalix.in with your requirement and reference images. We will reply with feasibility, pricing and timelines.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please email support@yaalix.in as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations are only possible before production begins; once a personalised item is in production it cannot be cancelled.
What is your refund policy?
Personalised and made-to-order items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, because they are made specifically for you and cannot be sold to anyone else. Returns or refunds are accepted only if you received an incorrect order or incorrect personalised text, or if the item arrived completely broken and this is supported by an unboxing video. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for the full process.
Do I need to check my personalisation details?
Yes, please do. We print the text, spelling, dates and design details exactly as you submit them, so kindly double-check everything before placing the order. Mistakes in the details provided by you cannot be refunded or replaced.
How do I care for my product?
Wipe with a dry or lightly damp cloth and avoid heat sources, dishwashers and abrasive cleaners. Unless stated otherwise, our products are decorative or functional items; they are not food-safe and are not intended as toys for young children.
